Oil refining

The group of companies «INCONEX-COM» throughout the period 2003-2009, has performed reconstruction of the petroleum refinery «Petrotel-Lukoil» in Ploiesti city, Romania. There has been carried out the coordination of the program on construction of new installations, reconstruction and updating of the petroleum refinery, resulting in the diversification of the manufacturing process, increase of the quality of the launched products, reduction of the working expenses by reducing the consumption of power and material resources, amelioration of the environment. The installations has been replaced with EURO 5 standards.

The updating program has covered the main oil-processing installation, storage tanks, the system of product distribution and car and railway shipment, the system of sewage water treatment, networks of recycling water supply and fire-extinguishing, as well founded new installations:

 1. Installation of isomerization:

  • Construction period December 2003 — October 2004, updating and capital repairs December 2006 — January 2007, as well as December 2008 — February 2009;
  • Productivity 140 thousand tons per year;

2. Installation of the gasoline hydro treatment (HDS):

  • Construction period January 2004   October 2004, updating and capital repairs December 2006 — January 2007,  as well as December 2008 — February 2009;
  • Productivity 550 thousand tons per year;

3. Installation of the Continuous Regeneration of the Catalyst (CCR):

  • Construction period January 2004 — October 2004, updating and capital repairs December 2006 — January 2007, as well as December 2008 — February 2009;
  • Productivity 500 thousand tons per year;

4. Hydrogen Factory:

  • Construction period January 2004 — October 2004; October 2008 — March 2009 2nd factory; updating and capital repairs December 2006 — January 2007, as well as December 2008 — February 2009;
  • Productivity 5000 cubic meters / h;

5. Compressor NK3:

  • Construction period January 2005 — March 2005, updating and capital repairs December 2006 — January 2007, as well as December 2008 — February 2009;
  • Productivity 21 thousand cubic meters by adding water, as well as 70 thousand cubic meters on recycling;

6. Auto and railway ramps of running condensed gas and refined oils with tax accounting:

  • Construction period January 2005 — March 2005, updating and capital repairs December 2006 — January 2007, as well as December 2008 — February 2009;

7. Installation of MTBE and TAME (ETBE and TAME since December 2008):

  • Construction period January 2005 -August 2005, updating and capital repairs December 2006 — January 2007, as well as December 2008 — February 2009;
  • Productivity 18 cubic meters per hour — MTBE, 25 cubic meters per hour — TAME;

8. Fuel-processing waste dump:

  • Construction period January 2006 — August 2006;
  • Storage volume 18.900,00 cubic meters;

9.Common Installations Process Control Room HII3 (DCS):

  • Construction period January 2007 — August 2007;

10. Expansion of TPP-2:

  • Construction period December 2006 — October 2007;
  • Power-30 MWatt;

11. Modular Installation of the recycling water supply for installation of the delayed coking:

  • Construction period October 2007 — April 2008;

12. Installation of Cleaning Tail Gas (TAIL GAS):

  • Construction period January 2007 — January 2008
  • Productivity — 12 750 kg per hour;

13. Installation of Nitrogen production:

  • Construction period January 2008 — October 2008
  • Productivity — 3700 cubic meters per hour;

14. Installation of desulphurization and sulphur salvage:

  • Construction period May 2007 — October 2008.
  • Productivity — 20.000 tons per year;

15. Updating of the Installations on obtaining petrol and diesel oil EURO-5 standard:

  • Period December 2008 — February 2009.
    Installations: Diesel oil hydro treating, Petrol hydro treating category Cracking, reconstruction of the vacuum unit ABT-3,MTBE(ETBE);

16. Installation of the hydrogen concentrate from reforming gasses:

  • Period December 2008 — February 2009.

In 2008 there have been started the reconstruction and updating works of the Petroleum refinery «RAFO» Onesti, Romania:

  • reconstruction and updating of the Nitrogen factory;
  • dismantling, demolition of the 3-chamber installation of delayed coking and the construction of a new 4-chamber installation of the delayed coking;
  • dismantling of the old and the start of construction of a new hydrogen factory at the petroleum refinery «RAFO» Onesti, Romania.
